The moment has finally arrived! I am super excited to begin designing and creating my dress for this design challenge. I have so many ideas swooning in my head! MARGE has some really nice fabric choices included in my goody box and I am ecstatic to see what can become of it!

Here are a few details:

The Challenge started on March 20th and will go through May 20th. On May 22nd MARGE & Tall Guides will announce a winner. I will be updating my blog as I go along. There are three other ladies who will be participating in this challenge as well. They are: Janet- DIY Wardrobe, Beth- Sew DIY, and Allison- The Tall Mama. I am happy to be collaborating with these ladies and being connected to other tall women who sew. I look forward to seeing their creations. Please stay tuned!

  1. Really looking forward to seeing what you make, Tiffany - Janet

  2. Hi Tiffany, I happened to find your blog in a round about way - Ronda's Creative Life to Sew DIY and the tall challenge where it says you are from Jackson, MS. I'm just down the road from you in Brandon. I'll be watching to see what you make and cheering for you. I read your blog posts and I could sense your enthusiasm for sewing. Good luck in the challenge.
I'd also like to invite you to the Central Mississippi Sewing Guild. We meet at 6:30 PM, on the fourth Thursday of the month, at the MS State University Extension Service, Rankin County office in Brandon. We'd love to have you come.

    1. Hi Carolyn! Thank you for your support. I'd love to attend the Sewing Guild! This is amazing! My apologies for the delayed response. I need to adjust my notification settings. I hope to meet you soon!

  3. I hope you can come. This month (April) we are going to have an all-day road trip to the Cotton Patch and a couple other places so we won't be at the Extension office but we'll be back in May. If you are not familiar with The Cotton Patch (1838 Auburn Dr. S.W. | Bogue Chitto, MS 39629 | 601.823.1000 | Open Thursday through Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.) it is mostly home dec fabrics.
